Guess it was salt water intrusion there like they claim for Cataouatche and Salvador...
No, it wasn't that.

Tomorrow morning before the wind and rain and next Sunday look like the only decent days to fish this upcoming week. It stays pretty chilly in between.

That'll be enough for exactly 15 stripers

When I was younger I would be out in a cove somewhere on the lake.
At my age I will be nursing some burbon at my place looking out on the lake.
Might find some cove to wet a line for a few hours at the most.

Doubt it. Host never seems to want us to bring anything. He's stocked. Another Ellic poster may bring something. Then again, might be a good trip for my one bottle of E. H.

Sounds like an awesome weekend trip. They always say it’s better to have a buddy with a boat….sounds like your buddy with the camp on Toledo is even better than that! Be sure to let us know how you do. I talked to a couple guides who said they were hammering them early with a white jackhammer.

Great reports, but this will be post front, and I suck at that. Fortunately, I have built up a bunch of spots i have confidence in, so at least i won't be wandering around having no idea where to fish.
