I like Aranda a lot, and would be happy with him...but Napier's resume as a head coach is very good...and he got to spend 5 years under Saban.

"An incredible job at ULL"? He has never won the Sun Belt. Repeat: the Sun Belt. A quick but admittedly not definitive look at those teams would seem to reflect that 6 of those teams had a losing season/s yearly.

He was a position coach and he's only done well at ULL. He has no business being interviewed.

If Doug Pederson wants to recruit and do the college gig, he is your coach....

Oh! I didn’t realize Aranda was a HC before now.

Dont get all the love for aranda. Guy was an ok def. coordinator. I just dont see why he would be the guy some would want to run this program. He will not be considered.

Like many others, I like Aranda, but they play BYU, Texas, TCU and Oklahoma in their next four games. Opinions may change, depending on how competitive Baylor is through that stretch. If they can beat BYU and TCU and be competitive in the other two or even go 3-1, that would be impressive.

Get blown out 3 or 4 times and opinions will definitely change.

Ask yourself this Chicken. Would Napier be able to provide LSU a defense that can win games in the SEC or would it be more likely that Aranda can provide an offense that can?
