There are a lot of stupid people out there.

Also, Trump endorses a lot of shitty candidates that win primaries due to his push but fail in generals because they are shite.

Usually the down ballot GOP candidate outperforms Trump.

Incumbents, yes.

I haven't noted the same for GOP challengers endorsed by Trump.

I think people, in general, like a divided government. I would prefer divided government if we can't have a Javier Milei style government because it tends to lead to less laws and government nonsense.

I just kind of addressed this on page 2 to YA

quote:

Patriots will often say a version of "The movement is bigger than Trump" on the one hand. That movement is "MAGA".

Kari Lake = MAGA, not Trump.

However, Patriots will also say that "Trump is the movement" when it suits them. It moves "MAGA" or "America First" into the same nebulous status as other malleable rhetoric devices they use like "globalism".

The goalposts are always ready to move to defend Trump, MAGA, one of his MAGA sycophants, America First, etc.

It just makes even having a discussion difficult (which is what I think YA was originally getting at)

I agree and I am definitely not a Trump guy - I was a Ronbot - although I'll vote for him in November. For example, I would put Rand Paul (and my ideal President) as an America First politician so that is where I'm coming from when I say America First.

If I'm forced to be critical of Kari, she comes off as boring to me. Hell, in terms of women in MAGA MGT, Boebert, Mace, and Luna are more interesting to listen to when they speak. Kari's tone and professional video filter make her slightly milquetoast IMO. The sad part of all this is she would be a really good senator and vote the way most conservatives would like.

America needs to wake up to who is real and who is not. What qualifies her to be a US Senator?

I agree. She will also never win an elected office in Arizona after telling McCain supporters to not vote for her. Cut bait and find a better candidate who will have the same voting record as Lake.

She ran a television crew and she is loyal to Trump.

I knew it would eventually come out.

This is the reason she is trailing.

Did she really say this?

Good Lord that is a major blunder.

Let's see.

She's at least 33.

She's a U.S. citizen.

She resides in the state she's running in.

Yep, she has them all covered.

Not in the polls i've seen this year and not just AZ. Trump is winning in NV,
Every 4 years. It doesn't matter who is "winning in NV". It only matters who is winning Clarke and Washoe counties. AZ isn't much different.

She's Trump with tits.

And a lot of people will put up with a guy being an a-hole but can't stand a bitch.

The fact that "voting the way I would like" would be anything less than 99% of the reason anyone would vote for a Senate or House candidate is mindboggling to me.

“Speaking to a crowd at a campaign event, Lake said “We don’t have any McCain Republicans in here; do we? Get the hell out!”

Asked about her “get the hell out” comment, also on KTAR News, Lake said, “It was a joke that was said a year before the election."

I don't get the joke if it truly was one - and I've said a lot of things I've thought were funny/jokes that no one else got.

Well, regardless of the MAGA movement, Trump will be President twice, which is all he ever wanted, and it will drive the left completely bonkers until the end of time.

MAGA will go the way of "Yes we Can!" and the Tea Party.

By all measures, Obama was a wildly popular president on the Democrat side, and yet they could not win jack squat during his term.

Under Obama, Democrats suffer largest loss in power since Eisenhower

I hope he burns the establishment to the ground and implements DeSantis' idea to distribute federal agencies throughout the country instead of everything being concentrated in DC.

Emulating Trump as a female is a bad political move. It doesn't work for females.

What works for women is being a mama bear. Fight for issues around protecting kids as one of your core issues.
