That’s the same group I posted.
The’re U.S. Law Shield, nationally.

Good info. Call your lawyer, and keep your mouth shut. No truer words ever spoken.

Invoke your legal rights. In an emergency situation, simply say these words to any law enforcement officer: ”I do not consent to any searches. I am invoking my right to remain silent and my right to an attorney.” - Make no statement to anyone about the incident. - Wait to talk to your attorney. - If asked to accompany law enforcement, comply but make no statements. - Do not make jokes or cute remarks. - Do not say anything, even if you believe you have done nothing wrong.

Not enough people invoke the 5th. The investigators have a huge advantage and people tend to think answering questions will help them.

Go figure, the biggest weasels on the planet, have come up with a way to convince us that we shouldn't just shoot them.

It might be a good idea to try not to use the N word when talking to 911 also.

my non legal opinion is that your ccl instructor shouldnt be giving legal advice. The more you talk the more you have a chance of saying something that can be used against you in a highly stressful situation. Nothing you say can or will be used to help you, only hurt you. Say absolutely nothing without an attorney present.

His "legal advice" is to not say anything without your lawyer present. But be polite about it. You have to speak to say "I'm happy to cooperate but need my attorney present.". You also have to speak for the initial 911 call.

U.S. Concealed Carry Association is who I am insured with.

If ever there was a time to have it, next week feels like it.

I don't have a criminal defense attorney on retainer. However my brother is a politically connected attorney in DC. He has several friends that are DOJ attorneys and would call them immediately.

Oh, you can (and should) just shoot someone who’s a threat to your life.
But that’s only fight number one of the three fights you’ll face.

Fight two is the legal one—which always occurs after you intentionally fire a gun at someone.

Fight three is the emotional fight of realizing you had no choice but to end the person’s life.

I pay for a monthly 2A legal service.
The attorneys are out of Texas, but they represent all states.
They’re available 24/7, 365
If anyone’s interested in looking into their services, I’m happy to share their info.

i'm aware of uslawshield.com...
any other options?

For those Breaking Bad fans, one if the scenes is when Gus was being interviewed by the Philly cops and kept responding, "lawyer."

Every statement you make is just another opportunity to sink yourself.

There are people like Peter Strzok out there

Yep. That’s all.

That’s not necessarily true. A lay person just won’t know what to say or not to say or be in the state of mind to make rational choices as to what to say. But to argue nothing you can say can help you is simply not true.

Having the attorney present is to guide you through any statements you make to law enforcement.
