auggie is on a roll man. He will ride it to the bitter end. A fitting end for a bitter man.

I picture him saying this near the end: Look at me Ma. I'm on top of the world. Music up. Fade to black. Roll credits.

Laugh all you want. Being tactically proficient is imperative. You are probably sound in that department. One aspect you should also respect is the human mind under stress. You seem to let your emotions rule, based on your responses here. That can lead to disaster. You just be you though. "Laugh" rather than think.

How will the police know where to give you your medal if you flee?

What about look for any surveillance cameras in the vicinity and take out the evidence?

The police will want you to come to the station for questioning and there will be bystanders and possibly media when you're taken away and its better for the images to show you leaving in an ambulance to the hospital than a police car.
one of my instructors said the same thing. Basically, do you want your neighbors to see you hauled away in a cop car or an ambulance.

I love it when people say that. What normal people have a stable of attorneys on retainer?

If you have a family you should have an attorney. Basic family law stuff like will’s, child custody, trusts, end of life preferences, insurances. My family attorney is fairly well known where I live (elected official) but he also practices criminal law. I’ve even used him with insurance company disputes after a hurricane. Every parent should have a will and life insurance.

You never know who you might be chatting with on here. The next disaster that happens in my life, I'll have to give it a rating alongside the others. In each one, I got up and started moving, I didn't sit around to see what happens next. I will never do that.

Not sure where you got this. Thinking objectively is the opposite of doing nothing. Acting on emotions can actually be worse than sitting around.

Regardless, enjoy your day. This discussion has turned into a pissing contest and wastes time for us both.

No sweetpea, you started coming up with all of that crap, in reply to my short statement of maybe 7 words. I said what I would do, and you wanted to make an argument about it, while still not being able to answer, "Who would stop me?". Now, maybe you should imagine the answer to that.

You came up with this idea of shooting anyone who tries to disarm you all on your own.

I simply led you back to reality a bit.

Or are you under the impression that law enforcement will never show up after you shoot someone?

All this doesn't matter if your in Chicago, right? From what I can tell, it's just like walking in the park there.

Thanks for the headsup OP, I haven't really thought about it but it's probably a good idea to carry some insurance. Look at the Attorney in Missouri that didn't even shoot anyone and the DA is trying to prosecute him.

Better vote for Trump

Are you trying to make a point here? The second amendment hasn't been repealed, as of yet, and they can come see me with a warrant, at my house.
Add to that, if you do shoot someone, and then leave, the odds in this country of you getting away with it, they skyrocket. The police are terrible at solving those types of crimes, and if I got killed waiting on the cops, my homicide would probably never be solved either.
Not going to explain how I know this, but it's a fricking fact.

Shot that PoS then stepped away.

Now I'm
